Development of technology of selective multipath raster melting
Pavillion №1
To date, the overwhelming majority of the SLP machines operate on the vector principle using one laser scanner. An increase in the number of laser rays and scanners leads to complication and appreciation of machines. One of the methods to improve the quality of the parts made, as well as to increase the speed of their production, may be transition to multipath raster machines. This technology uses a large number of low-power laser modules and the construction rate is achieved at no speed of deviation of the laser beam, but large, for example 100, by the amount of rays.
